I'm Connor Swenson, a performance coach, facilitator, and founder of Forgewell.
After seven years at Google across New York, San Francisco, and London, I burned out. That experience led me down a path of learning everything I could about sustainable high performance: the neuroscience of stress, nervous system regulation, behavioral change, and what it actually takes to do meaningful work without sacrificing your wellbeing.

Common Questions
Who is this program for?
Driven professionals in flexible roles who feel scattered, stressed, or overwhelmed. Often high-performers, leaders, or entrepreneurs in transition: new parenthood, launching ventures, stepping into leadership, or reinventing their path. You're outwardly successful but internally stretched.
What's the time commitment?
Plan for 2-3 hours per week: video lessons you complete at your own pace, plus a weekly live group coaching call. The flexible format means you can fit it around your schedule.
How is this different from other programs?
This isn't theory or generic productivity advice. It's a body-first approach built from 10+ years of lived experience, integrating neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and behavioral science into a practical system you can actually use.
What if I can't make the live sessions?
All live calls are recorded and available within 24 hours. While live participation creates the best experience and deepest connection, the program is designed to work fully whether you join the calls or not. The curriculum and async community support will get you there.
